Returns & Refunds
Food-product return rule
For food-safety reasons, opened tea, used tea bags, damaged-by-customer packaging and returns based only on personal taste preference are generally not returnable unless mandatory law in the buyer's jurisdiction requires a different result.
Damage, shortage or wrong item
If a parcel arrives damaged, short, or different from the accepted order, contact us promptly at feishuiji@outlook.com or WhatsApp +86 158 8059 1690. Please retain the product, outer carton, label and photos so the issue can be reviewed.
Consumer cancellations
If an accepted consumer order has not entered fulfillment, cancellation may be possible. Once an order has shipped, delivery, customs, food-safety and return-eligibility rules apply.
B2B samples and custom projects
B2B samples, private-label work, printed packaging, custom blending, testing and other project costs follow the written quotation or project confirmation. Submitted inquiries are not orders until accepted in writing.
Refund route
Approved refunds normally return to the original payment route or company account used for the order. We do not redirect refunds to unrelated third-party accounts.
