B2B tea-base samples

B2B oolong tea bases start from 500 g and ship only after a written sample or quotation confirmation. Freight route, documents, lead time, destination eligibility, duties and recipient responsibilities are confirmed case by case before dispatch.

Consumer flavored tea

Consumer flavored tea is USD 15 per item with a one-item minimum. Standard shipping is included only in enabled markets. The checkout or order request must confirm whether a destination is currently available before an order is accepted.

Tracking and delivery exceptions

When a shipment is dispatched, we provide available tracking information by email or message. Remote areas, invalid addresses, customs holds, import restrictions, failed delivery attempts and unclaimed parcels may require additional handling or may prevent delivery.

Timing

Displayed or quoted delivery timing is an estimate, not a guaranteed arrival date. Production scheduling, carrier capacity, customs review, weather, public holidays and local delivery conditions may affect timing.
